Laurie McMillan, Ph.D., has always loved reading and writing. This lifelong passion led her to a career as an English professor with expertise in feminist writing and rhetoric, writing studies pedagogy, and post-1900 American literature. As she spent time in various administrative leadership roles, Laurie's interests in education and organizational health developed, and she became a full-time administrative leader in January 2020. She is currently serving as Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Kutztown University. Laurie continues to write in her free time, and her next book project is in development. She is available for online and in-person workshops and speaking engagements.
